This Membership Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Bra, LLC. ("we," "our," or "us") and you ("Member" or "you") regarding your subscription to the premium membership services of the Pilot Kit mobile application (the "Application"). Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing any membership plan.
By subscribing to any membership plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase any membership plan.
1. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND SERVICES
Pilot Kit offers the following membership plans, each providing different levels of access to premium features:
- Plus Plan: Enhanced features including flight logs (up to 100 entries), full checklist support, terrain and weather map layers, navigation tools (waypoints, routes, flight plans), data import/export, and Web Dashboard access. Supports up to 3 aircraft profiles and 3 devices.
- Professional Plan: All Plus features, plus unlimited flight records and aircraft, cloud sync with real-time backup (end-to-end encrypted, region-isolated data storage), advanced weather services, georeferenced charts, PDF flight reports, flight statistics, trajectory export, voice-assisted checklists, and priority technical support. Supports up to 10 devices.
- Operator Plan: All Professional features, plus team management (up to 10 members), shared aircraft profiles and checklists, admin dashboard, API access, and custom branding. Supports up to 50 devices. Priced per user per year (annual billing only). Enterprise customers using the Operator Plan may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by contacting [email protected].

2. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND BILLING
Pricing: Membership fees are displayed within the Application and on our website at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and currency.
Billing Cycle: Memberships are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, except for the Operator Plan which is annual only.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. The available payment methods may vary by region.
Automatic Renewal (Apple / Google / Stripe): Memberships purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. By purchasing a membership through these platforms, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable membership fee to your selected payment method. For details on automatic renewal, please refer to our Auto-renewal Service Agreement.
Manual Purchase (WeChat Pay / Alipay): Memberships purchased through WeChat Pay or Alipay are single-term purchases and do not auto-renew. Each purchase covers one billing period (monthly or annual). To extend your membership, you may purchase again at any time — the new period will be added to your existing membership end date, stacking the validity period.
3. MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION AND VALIDITY
Activation: Your membership takes effect immediately upon successful payment and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Cross-Platform Access: Your membership is linked to your Pilot Kit account, not to a specific device or platform. You may access your membership benefits on any supported device by logging in with your account.
Device Limits: Each membership plan has a maximum number of simultaneously active devices. If you exceed the device limit, you will need to deactivate an existing device before activating a new one.
4. MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
Upgrades: You may upgrade your membership at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately. The unused portion of your current plan will be prorated and credited toward the cost of the new plan.
Downgrades: You may request a downgrade at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to enjoy the benefits of your current plan until the billing period ends.
5. FREE TRIAL
We may offer a free trial for certain membership plans (e.g., a 30-day free trial for the Professional Plan). During the trial period, you will have full access to the features of the trial plan.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the applicable membership fee will be charged to your payment method.
6. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time through the subscription management settings of the platform where you made the purchase.
Upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made during a billing cycle.
7. MEMBER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Your Rights:
- Access all features included in your membership plan during the membership period.
- Receive technical support according to your plan level.
- Cancel your membership at any time.
- Request data export in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your Obligations:
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
- Use the membership services only for their intended purposes.
- Not share, transfer, or resell your membership to others.
- Comply with our Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
We strive to maintain the highest quality of service. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or services at any time, with reasonable prior notice to members.
In the event of significant changes that materially reduce the features of your plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer options including a prorated refund for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Application is designed as a supplementary tool for pilots. It is not a substitute for proper flight training, certified navigation equipment, or official aeronautical information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the membership services.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where we are located.
11. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the membership services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
