This Subscription and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding subscriptions to the premium features of the Pilot Kit mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Bra, LLC. ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Pilot Kit offers several tiers of service, including a free plan and various subscription-based plans ("Subscriptions") that grant access to additional or enhanced features. The features and pricing for each plan are detailed within the Application and on our official website.
We currently offer the following subscription plans:
- Student Plan
- Professional Plan
- Squadron Plan
2. BILLING
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are offered on either a monthly or a yearly billing cycle. Your chosen billing cycle will be specified at the time of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Subscription after the price change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
3. FREE TRIAL
We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans (e.g., a 7-day free trial for the Professional Plan). If you sign up for a free trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel the subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
4. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To cancel, you must do so through the subscription management settings of the platform where you made the purchase (i.e., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
If you cancel your Subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellations initiated partway through a billing cycle.
5. REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because our Application is distributed through mobile application stores (the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), all billing and refund processes are handled by these platforms. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly from the platform where you purchased the Subscription:
- For Apple App Store purchases: Please contact Apple Support to request a refund. You can typically do this through your purchase history.
- For Google Play Store purchases: Please contact Google Play Support to request a refund.
The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of the respective platform operator (Apple or Google) and is subject to their terms and policies.
