Auto-renewal Service Agreement

This Auto-renewal Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a supplementary agreement to the Membership Service Agreement, entered into between Bra, LLC. ("we," "our," or "us") and you ("Member" or "you") regarding the automatic renewal of your Pilot Kit membership subscription.

By enabling or continuing a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

1. AUTO-RENEWAL SERVICE OVERVIEW

The auto-renewal service is designed to ensure uninterrupted access to your Pilot Kit membership benefits. When enabled, your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle without requiring manual action.

Applicable Platforms: Auto-renewal applies only to memberships purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. Memberships purchased through WeChat Pay or Alipay are single-term purchases and do not auto-renew — you may manually repurchase to extend your membership, with the new period stacking onto your existing end date.

2. AUTO-RENEWAL PLANS AND PRICING

The following membership plans support automatic renewal:

Prices may vary by region and currency. The price at the time of renewal will be the current listed price, unless we have notified you of a price change in advance.

3. AUTO-RENEWAL MECHANISM

Renewal Timing: Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the end of your current billing period.

Payment Deduction: The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method you used for the original purchase or the most recently updated payment method on file.

Renewal Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation notification (via email or in-app notification) after each successful renewal.

Payment Failure: If the automatic renewal payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or an expired payment method), we may retry the charge during a grace period. If all retry attempts fail, your membership will be suspended or downgraded to the free plan.

4. HOW TO CANCEL AUTO-RENEWAL

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. The cancellation method depends on the platform where you made the purchase:

Apple App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions"
  3. Find "Pilot Kit" and tap it
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. Tap your profile icon, then "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
  3. Find "Pilot Kit" and tap it
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"

WeChat Pay / Alipay: Memberships purchased through WeChat Pay or Alipay do not auto-renew. No cancellation is needed — your membership will simply expire at the end of the purchased period.

Important: For Apple and Google subscriptions, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period for the cancellation to take effect before the next renewal. After cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. REFUND POLICY FOR AUTO-RENEWED SUBSCRIPTIONS

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform. We do not have the ability to process refunds for platform-managed subscriptions.

For subscriptions purchased through Stripe, please contact our support team within 48 hours of an unintended renewal for assistance.

6. PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to adjust membership prices. If we change the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the price change takes effect. You will have the option to cancel auto-renewal before the new price is applied.

7. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By enabling auto-renewal, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have voluntarily opted for the auto-renewal service.
  • You authorize us or our payment processors to automatically charge the applicable membership fee at each renewal.
  • You understand how to cancel auto-renewal and that you must cancel before the billing period ends to avoid the next charge.
  • You agree to the current membership price and acknowledge that prices may change with prior notice.
