This Disclaimer is an integral part of our Terms of Service and governs your use of the Pilot Kit mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Bra, LLC. ("we," "our," or "us").
1. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
The Application and all of the information, data, and features it provides (including, but not limited to, the Primary Flight Display (PFD), E6B calculations, weight and balance calculations, weather data, NOTAMs, flight planning, and mapping) are provided for informational, educational, and reference purposes only.
2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR OFFICIAL TOOLS
The Application is NOT a substitute for official, certified, or approved aviation tools, flight planning resources, or navigation equipment. It is not an approved device by any aviation authority, including but not limited to the FAA, EASA, or CAAC, and must not be used as a primary source for navigation, flight planning, or making critical in-flight decisions.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user is solely and entirely responsible for:
- Verifying all information obtained from the Application with official and current sources, such as official aeronautical charts, publications from aviation authorities (e.g., FAA, EASA, CAAC), and certified weather briefing services before and during any flight.
- Ensuring the safety and legality of any flight operation.
- Adhering to all applicable aviation regulations and procedures.
Reliance on any information provided by the Application is solely at your own risk.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranty, representation, or guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any data or calculations within the Application. Data such as weather, airspace, airport information, and NOTAMs can change rapidly and may be outdated or incorrect.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bra, LLC. and its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, or reliance on any data it provides.
